Pinnacle boutique villas

AC worked well, fair size room. Within a couple of KM to Galle City and Market. KEELS Grocery store within walking distance. Elevator service.

Breakfast was never ready even at 8:30 AM. Dirty dishes from the night before still on the restaurant tables. We had to ask for things such as the cups for the coffee and tea, tables not set with the cutlery, ask for the toaster to be plugged in, ask for the spoons etc. Fans not working, bathroom shower drain not cleaned and the water was backing up, room vault broken. Poor management overall. Not a Villa, but standard hotel rooms.

The breakfast was great and catered to what we asked for, it was really sumptuous.

The AC in one of the rooms didn't initially work but was quickly fixed by the next day. We were given an alternate room, which was quite nice of them. We also found it pretty hard to locate the place as the name board outside the property was called Pizza Den, not Pinnacle Boutique villas. In my opinion this was quite bizarre.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Would go there again.

Although the staff were overloaded they tried their best to keep us happy. The owner is one if the kindest persons I have met. Few slight tweaks to make it the best place in town
