The location is amazing. Rooms are spacious.

Beautiful property with numerous amenities. Perfect for families. The rooms are well maintained, the buffet is elaborate and delectable. The staff are very welcoming and courteous. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Please consider adding a spa, that's the only thing we missed at our stay. Some of the amenities are chargeable, and a tad expensive.

Courtesy of the staff at dining, they don't look at the customer package what we booked but come up the bill after we have eaten with an amount of 3900rs, for which i have already booked a dinner package Above that when we say you have to check all these upfront, gave you details when we started to eat, while check-in too, still they say show booking making the customer stand before everyone, when raised my voice, Asif they have done some favour they are saying will avoid the bill, the bill obviously have no sense at the first place when I already paid, they didn't even check and got the bill of 4k to be signed, customer should show proof

Serene atmosphere. Felt connected to nature. Food was exquisite! Breakfast buffet was top notch. Property was very clean and pristine.

Staff service could have been better. We had to wait for nearly 1 hour for our rooms. The person who had to show us the way to our room left us midway and went to attend other customers. We had to call room service often to remind them to get toiletries. Wrong food was delivered but when informed they took back the food and got us what we ordered. We left food containers out of the room for housekeeping to pickup, but no one came to collect it inspite of maintenance cleaning the property often. This attracted many crows and a mess was made in our entrance with leftover food scattered all over floor.
