Appart sympa

Excellent location in centre of Gueliz. Very clean and comfortable

The couches are big enough for a large person to sleep on, so I appreciated that :) Very clean and very central. Very good communication with the owner. He is very polite and sweet and understanding.

There is almost nothing to like about this place.

I have had a horrible experience with my family staying in this apartment, first of all the apartment is not 60m it's a lot smaller, maybe 50 or less, Bed sheets are dirty and there is women hair all around the house. the owner of the apartment left us half toilet paper roll! I had to buy my own toilet paper. few liquid soap mixed with a lot of water, pee drops in the toilet! I asked for a hairdryer several times but they never brought it, but later on, i didn't need it as There was no water the whole day in taps so I didn't take a shower neither my family ! Neighbors are rude, they talk and laugh so loud very late at night. Eventually i couldn't stay in this place without water so i had to leave and book another place, while i was on my way, the owner called me and told me he would offer another apartment that has water so i canceled the new reservation we decided to go to the new apartment he offered as he didn't accept to refund the money i had no other choice but to accept his deal. So we went to the new place all together and he was acting like he was doing me a favor. We arrived, it's true that the apartment had water and it was a bit better than the other one, but again, no bed sheets or blankets no toilet paper and no soap.... So i had to go personally and take all what i need from the previous apartment to the new one! Believe me, staying at a hostel is so so much better and so much cleaner and so much cheaper than booking this awful Apartment, this was supposed to be a nice and relaxing holiday for me and my family in Marrakech but it turned to be a horrible experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
