nous avons eu le logement en retard, la clim ne fonctionnait pas, le wifi non plus, aucune lumière de la cuisine fonctionnait...et pas de réponse avant le lendemain après notre départ...trouvez-vous un autre logement...

Excellent location, could not ask for more. Mere steps away from Piazza del Erbe. The apartment itself was quite lovely but for the price we paid, I expect some things to be in better condition. The AC in the master bedroom worked great. Elevator is very helpful, especially for getting luggage up to 3rd floor.

There was no air conditioning in the second room and the living room air conditioner was broken. I suspect this was a known issue as there were two boxes of brand new air conditioners that had yet to be installed. There was a fan in the bedroom but not in the the living room, which made it very uncomfortable to sit in at night, being that it was 30 C out and it is a third floor apartment. If it was known that the AC wasn’t working, I would have appreciated at least just a fan for that room. Of course having AC at all is a bonus, but for the price just a fan would’ve helped. Also, shower head was long overdue for replacement (only a few spouts worked)

Excellent location in old town, the apartment is spacious with great bathroom and handy washing machine, aircon in bedroom and fans were useful, check in extremely easy.

The apartment was amazingly situated right by Piazza Erbe and on a great street with interesting shops, a patisserie, gelateria etc. As it is on the third floor and with double glazing the sounds of the street don't reach the apartment. The apartment is spacious, with a good kitchen area and good facilities - we made use of the washing machine and dishwasher. It is well equipped and there is air conditioning in each room though it was less effective in the second bedroom which was very warm.

The kitchen could do with more bowls (only two for a family of three). And a plug for the sink. The back bedroom was very warm.

Air-conditioning in one room didn't work, host offered to send technician, but we chose to sleep in the living room Place needs a better clean being just the surface because it was quite dirty/dusty beneath the surface (dishwasher, laundry, air-conditioning vents)

It is at the heart of the city center. When you go out of the apartment, you are surrounded by shops and restaurants. Most tourist spots are walkable from the property. It was very hot in Verona during our stay, so we either came back to the apartment when the heat is at its peak and go out again in the evening, or we would stay until later in the afternoon. We were able to cook breakfast/ tea as we liked. There were cooking wares, plates, cups, kettle, toaster and microwave. Staff are easy enough to be contacted via Whatsapp…

Our family stayed in Verona for 7 nights. It is quite far from the train station ( we took the bus/taxi going to/from the train station. Bus stop is also quite far but walkable. When we arrived, as it was very hot, we were very disappointed that the air conditioning in the small room (for the kids) was not working. We contacted the staff and unfortunately they were not able to fix it. We were provided with a fan the following day. The property was very dusty. My husband had to sweep the floor and cleaned up loads of lumps of dust.
