Good. Staff is good

there is literally nothing to like about this place. the only saving grace maybe, is the location with the lodge being reasonably close to the train station. nothing else is good about this place.

Here are the list of things i didn't like. 1. Room hygiene was abysmal. Dirty linen and used blankets were given to me. Besides this, a strong smell of faecal matter was wafting into the room from the toilet. The smell was so bad that the room owner had to spray room freshner in the toilet (not that it helped in any way). 2. Toiletries and towel were not given. After repeated asking, the receptionist provided me with a towel which was filthy. I uses the towel as a toilet seat (there was none on the toilet, just ceramic). 3. Awfully small rooms. The room I was given (S-105) was so small that all it could fit was a bed, and a table with barely any space for movement. I've stayed at hotels with washrooms bigger than the rooms in this lodge. 4. Rude and uncooperative staffs. The receptionist and the hotel owner give zero f*cks about the customer. It's all about the Gandhis to them. 5. Non-existent room service. Room service? what's room service? 5. Oh and one last thing, the mineral water they provide is just tap water. Not that it bothered me but it could be a deal breaker for some people. All things considered, I would not recommend people to stay in this lodge. There are hotels nearby with better room service and conditions at the same price point. I made the mistake of staying there once; not again. I'd rate it 0 stars if the app allowed me.
