Apartma Smučišče Krvavec

The location is great next to the ski slopes. The apartments looks okay, close to restaurant and ski lift.

The oven was not working and the bed mattresses were a bit worn.

Lokacija,toplina, udobnost,čistoća,kontakt sa domaćinima super:) skijašnica,blizina staze,sve odlično:) brvnara izgleda planinski,autentično,onako kako i treba kad si na planini:)

U dnevnoj sobi nema garnitura za sedenje već tvrdi trpezarijski sto. Možda bi bilo lepo da domaćini obezbede kesicu sa kafom kao znak pažnje za goste tek pristigle sa puta. Da se odmore od vožnje :)

Für unser End-Reiseziel war das Apartment perfekt, wir waren nur 300 Meter vom Gipfel der Rad-Challenge entfernt. Das Haus hat eine super ruhige Lage, direkt neben dem Haus ist ein Skilift und Wanderwege, also auch für den Winterurlaub bestens gerüstet. Die Küche ist mit Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Geschirr/Besteck, sowie Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist geräumig, 2 Schlafzimmer stehen zur Verfügung. Der Check-In war einfach, der Schlüssel wurde in einem Schlüsselfach hinterlegt. Der Garten ist sehr groß, lädt im Sommer auch zum Grillen ein. Auch hatten wir den Hinweis bekommen, dass wir für das Öffnen des Schrankes 10 Euro zu zahlen haben, damit man einfahren kann und am Berg oben "parken" - bitte unbedingt das Ticket aufheben, damit kommt man wieder raus aus dem Park.

Was leider fehlt ist eine gemütliche Couch, in der Küche gibt es eine Eckbank mit Stühlen und sonst im Schlafzimmer nur die Betten. Und als Hinweis für alle, die mit dem Auto anreisen. Bitte parkt oben an der Strasse - darauf wurden wir auch aufmerksam gemacht ! - weil die Zufahrt direkt vor dem Haus ist steinig und steil, das schafft man nicht ohne Allrad, im Winter nicht mal ohne Schneeketten. Das ist auch ein kleiner Minuspunkt, wenn man einiges an Zeugs mithat, muss man das Stückchen hinunter gehen, vor dem Haus parken ist nur bedingt ratsam.

Cousy cottage with everything you need. Clean, nice furniture and very friendly owner .Fenced so it is safe for a dog. It is excellent position for winter and summer holidays.

Closeby are two hotels open all season, but if they have some happenings you could not get any food. So bring some with you .

The house is new, nice, clean, placed on the top of the mountain. It is peaceful, nice for walking. The nature is amazing.

Extremely poor communication with the owner. Before entering to the apartment there is a ramp, about 3 km before a haouse, that we did not know about and were not informed. We called the owner several times to help us so we could enter to "our part" of the mountain where house is located but he did not answer. Then he informed us wrongly via Viber message to call the company which owns the ramp, to say them we are we located so they could open the ramp for us. .. But there was no phone, no company... And finally, at the end, he informed us that we must pay 10 eur per day to enter to that part of the mountain. I have no problem to pay extra costs, but I have problem of not having any information on booking and very poor communication and behavior of the owner as these situations were very stressful to my family with 3 kids.

Location, facilities, cleanliness.

I know it was our fault to mistakenly leave our airpods in the bed however, we have not received help from staff and never received them back.
