SAI HOMESTAY

Fabulous guesthouse in the middle of Agonda just yards from the beach. Only 3 rooms so it's nice and quiet. Room had a/c, fan and fridge and looked as though it has been newly renovated as everything sparkled. Sunita who runs it is a lovely. There s no balcony but you can sit on the roof terrace and see the sea. Loved it.

Sai Homestay is spotlessly clean and has everything you need - good air con and ceiling fan, a fridge, toiletries. Sunita and Sai are friendly and helpful and organised a taxi for us with a really good driver (not guaranteed in India!). The place is quiet but super close to beautiful Agonda Beach. We spent our days on sunbeds at Serena by the Sea - recommended for food and drinks.

Accessibile, Cleanliness, Maintenance.

I experienced daily cleaning of rooms and change in accessories like towels and toiletries on daily basis. Here they just give you one set of accessories even if you’re staying for 3-4 days. This should be changed and room service should be done on daily basis.

Sunita operates a lovely homestay, we felt very welcomed here and she helped with all needs (laundry, scooter, taxi) The beach is just a minute away - you can even see bits of the ocean from the rooftop, and still it is quiet and peaceful Absolutely recommendable

Nothing I am an experienced traveller in India and this homestay is be one of my favorites in terms of affordability + comfort

The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet. The lighting was excellent, and in the daytime, the big windows provided plenty of natural light. I liked everything, particularly the hosts. They were very helpful in different situations, even when I ran out of one medicine I had forgotten in Delhi. The room has a fridge, a sink, and a kettle, too. I will definitely go back.

Since a review is not fully credible when everything is super positive, I will write about two little things that can be improved. The geyser for the hot water should provide it for a longer time before it turns cold. Then, some shampoo would be much appreciated.
