Very clean and beautiful interior. Stunning views.

Two single bed mattresses are extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Only one parking bay for the apartment, if travelling with family or friends recommended to go in one car. Otherwise have to park outside in the street.

Quiet location close to waterfront. Access control is good and took a few tries on first arrival to open the pedestrian gate to collect the key for the unit.

First day arrival was dissapointing as the place was not clean. I contacted the agent who came to meet us and put us up in another place for the night. The next day went well and we had a great day. Power for the unit tripped at 9pm and we were nighttime without power. Next morning power was re-instated by the person cleaning the property grounds. Rest of the days stay were without any issues.

we struggled with the remote to open to enter our parking space. we parked at someone else parking and they came to knock for us to remove the car, and it was raining at that time.

Great location, with incredible water views. A short walk from the Waterfront. A great base for exploring the area.

It was not clear where the parking stall was. We drove 3 times around to figure out it was through a gate for under roof parking. The bed in the second room was very hard. The internet was weak and we could not use the streaming services. There was only 1 pod for the dishwasher.

The location

There were no extra blankets and Knysna is still cold. One of the single bed’s has some broken slates.

Wash and dry appliances were a bonus and the cleanliness and user friendliness of the kitchen
