Beautiful, clean, great location, safe parking with lift.

Received the best check-in instructions: I love the pictures with the instructions! Vilijam is a fantastic communicator, very responsive, helpful and kind. The apartment is so charming, cosy, and tastefuly done. It’s a modern but warm aesthetic with homely touches so it’s appealing to everyone. I like the neutrals with pops of color and patterns. It made me want to stay inside and relax :) Hosts have thought of everything. The welcome book is great with lots of useful information. Ample toiletries in the bathroom. Fruit, water, coffee, and more. Fully stocked kitchen, modern kitchen appliances, tv, washing machine. There are many thoughtful details in the apartment. Location is fantastic to catch buses. Loved my stay!

There isn’t much around in its immediate vicinity. Have to walk 15-20 minutes to get to stores, restaurants, etc. So if you have kids, elderly, people with mobility issues, and such then better to have a car. Also just fyi, there is a powerful A/C in the living room and it cools the bedroom if the door is open; no A/C in the bedroom itself. Just a note for the summer, but also you do get a breeze because it’s on a higher floor so that helps. Maybe the host can provide a fan for the bedroom if needed.

There is nothing to not like!

Comfortable apartments in a modern building near the very centre of the Macedonian capital. Everything you need for a pleasant holiday you will find here. Excellent communication with Vilijam (the owner). Supermarket 3 minutes walk away. Underground parking is a huge bonus if you are by car. Next time in Skopje we will stay here again.

The apartment was nice and clean, there is everything beyond your needs 😄. Location was perfect, 2 mins walking to central bus station and 15-20 mins walking to city center. The host was kind and helpful, we got immediate responses for our questions and requests. I’ll definitely choose this place if I ever again stay in Skopje!
