The location is very central and convenient. the apartment is smaller then we expected, but very cozy and fully equipped with all the necessities for cooking

I was not expecting to stay at the Ritz Carlton, but this was a terrible stay. Starting with the check-in process, where the host called me at the last minute trying to cancel the reservation, everything went downhill from there. The apartment was dirty—dust everywhere, stained sheets, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The photos online were completely misleading. The furniture was old and uncomfortable, and there was a weird smell throughout the whole place. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and to top it off, there were loud neighbors making it impossible to sleep. Overall, it felt like the host didn't care at all about their guests or the condition of the place. I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise against booking this apartment.
