This apartment is co-hosted by digital company Zymzo, which provides you with the check-in process done via the Zymzo app where you register yourself and pay for the fees not collected by Booking. On the day of your arrival you then receive the information for entering the apartment. In the app you can also acquire the option for the early check-in, late check-in and late check-out which need to be announced 24 hours before your departure. Charges are applicable. In the Zymzo app you pay for the already mentioned security deposit which is refunded to you 7 days after your departure upon the inspection of the apartment. When confirmed the house rules weren't broken and nothing was damaged we refund the security deposit.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Not this one again. Mainly due to this incompetent Zymzo company"

Close to the institut I worked. Reasonably quiet.

The host company Zymzo was supposed to send an E-mail with the codes for the lockbox. This did not happen. I needed the help of a Slowenian colleague to sort this out. The WLAN did not work. Calling Zymzo turned out to be difficult: In most cases nobody answered the calls. Several mails from Zymzo concerning that matter suggested, that I was too stupid to read and understand the instructions the owner had written down. Zymzo claims to need up to ten days to reimburse the security deposit. What do they need 10 days for? The appartment is in the third storey without a lift. Not really suitable for elderly persons like me. This fact is not mentioned by booking.com. Finally: The kitchen area needs more illumination

Our stay at this charming apartment in Ljubljana was nothing short of fantastic! Nestled near the center, it provided the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. One of the highlights was the seamless check-in and check-out process. Clear instructions were provided, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Additionally, having a dedicated parking space was a huge convenience, allowing us to explore the city with ease. The apartment itself was delightful, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Clean, cozy, and well-appointed, it truly felt like a home away from home. We appreciated the attention to detail, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedding. What truly set this apartment apart was the thoughtful gesture from our host. Our kid was thrilled to find a small car toy waiting for him upon arrival, which instantly made him feel welcome and excited for our stay. These little touches make all the difference and truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, our time spent in this apartment exceeded all expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Ljubljana. Many thanks to the hosts for their hospitality and for creating such a wonderful space for travelers to enjoy. We can't wait to return!
