Very close to city center (3 min walking distance)

- very dirty; examples: multiple spider webs, dirty microwave, dirty water boiling electric can, bed sheets tucked in the expandable sofa full of flower seeds and seeds peels etc. - air conditioninh not working; the air conditioning is actually a portable unit, not making any cool air, but only ventilating the room's hot air. Temperature never went under 27.5 °C in any night and especially upstairs was so hot sleeping was almost not posible - no kitchen ustensils: we mistakingly bought some eggs for breakfast, just to discover the lack of any kettle, pan or pot to actually cook the eggs - fridge barely keeping up to cooling plastic water bottles. It had ice on the inside back - many things not working or not working properly, such as door handles, the tower rack, the shower sewer blocking every 2 mins, the bathroom door etc. - lack of interest by the owner; example: as mentioned above, we discovered the dirty bed sheets unde the sofa. We called the landlady, who said she didn't even check there and when asked to bring clean ones, she replied by telling us to use the covers as sheets - all existing stuff (furniture, fridge, pkrtable air conditioning unit, mugs, glasses, cutlery, microwave, rugs etc.) we are 99.9% sure they are their old stuff from home brought here for the guests. Everything is either dirty, or very "second hand" looking or both. Not even the kitchen furniture aligns at least a little...how they managed to assemble it is a complete mistery... IT IS A CLEAR AVOID, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Toi bad the location is very good, this could have been a really great location, but it is more than dissapointing for any aspect.
