Seems clean, clean and new bathroom with comfortable shower. Close to the bus station.

There’s no safe place to store your luggage. The lack of luggage storage when one is exploring the city became a big source of insecurity and stress. The main door opens with a code, and the dorm does not lock. Both men and women have access. I’m unsure whether the code to the main entrance is changed regularly - if not, past guests may still enter. It’s hard to really enjoy the stay when it doesn’t feel secure and that your belongings are not safe when you’re out and about. There’s black mold in the window sill both in the dorm room, the hallway and upstairs. I woke up with a horrible headache. All of these things can be fixed with minor adjustments.

The cleanest hostel I have ever seen. Everything is instructed clearly. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are wonderful and well equipped. The location is in the city center.

Central Stavanger Guesthouse is in a very good position, at a walking distance from the harbour and the center’s main attractions. The rooms, the bathrooms and the environment are very clean. I also want to add I had an inconvenience with bed assignments at my arrival, but I was promptly assisted by the personnel even if it was late. They phoned me and guided to another room, so the issue was solved in 2 minutes. I recommend!
