地點好找，標示清楚。離車站也不遠，從機場搭車也可以在附近下車。 個人空間都有自己的插座，數量很足夠。 廁所多間，不需排隊、空間尚足夠。 有廚房可使用，還有提供鹽和油。

房間內沒有可上鎖置物櫃、房門無法反鎖。 女性專門房與廚房樓梯相連，有遇到迎面而來的男性通過女性房外。 衛浴空間之置物空間如果更多一些會更容易放置私人用品。
