Modern Mediterranean Luxury Apartment

beautiful modern apartment, near from the see but still in quite place. The equipment was excellent, the accommodation was clean. I have nothing to complain about

Super clean, very well facilitated, AC was amazing, with such a lovely balcony, there’s even a bug net if you’d like to keep the balcony doors open. Everything was perfect, bed comfy, supermarket near, tons of beautiful beaches and easy access to city centre, by bus, electric scooter, bolts/ubers. Shower also fabulous, i’m always afraid that the pressure won’t be good to wash my hair but it was a 10/10.

Only thing is i wish the staff at the end of our stay didn’t come to the apartment at 9:20am when checkout is at 10am. Our flight was at 10pm so we made sure to make the most of everything in the morning and left at 10am on point, but felt super rushed with people standing outside the door for 30minutes. However they were super lovely nevertheless, just got a little stressed.

great place overall, with a clean and well-maintained environment. The positive interaction with the owners is a definite plus.

However, the only downside seems to be the view from the balcony, which is marred by the noise from nearby construction.

Very nice new flat. All necessary equipment. Close to the beach and even closer to the shop. Very convenient, can recommend. We had 2 bottles of wine and a bottle of water and a box of chocolates as a gift from the owner. Very appreciated.

It seems that due to the fact that it is new, it lacks a bit of love from the owner. We had dirty utensils at arrival, which is not a big problem cause there is a dishwasher and a bit dirty armchairs on the balcony. And as of now - you are living on a construction site as there is another block being constructed next to this (for me it’s not a problem but if you have a really small kid it might be hard to get quiet daydream). Construction is on a final stage, so from 2024, this won't be a problem. Overall living experience is very nice and pleasant. You can not go wrong with this accommodation.

Great new and clean appartment just outside Zadars Old Town. Very friendly host. Great location to visit Zadar (region). Fast WiFi. Nice big balcony. Free parking at the complex.

Construction work on building next door. Walking distance to Zadar Old Town longer then we thought.

The apartment is very modern and the location is perfect. You can choose from many beaches that are very near - 5 minute walk. The city center is also reachable by foot - something around 40 minutes, but it’s a really nice walk by the sea and ports. There are two grocery stores nearby. The apartment is clean and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might possibly need for cooking. There is also a hairdryer and steam iron - also there are instruction manuals how to use all of the equipment in the apartment. There is one smart tv in the living room and one in the bedroom. There are two ac units -one in the living area and one in the bedroom. The bathroom is also really nice - we fell in love with the shower. The host is really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this stay!
