Appartement Néoclassique centre-ville dans un Immeuble encien au charme authentique de 1920

It was a great, comfortable stay! The apartment is very spacious, nicely located and we got everything what we needed. The instructions provided were very clear and easy to follow. The host was super kind and we were in touch whenever needed. Bus station is 10 mins walk so that was comfortable for us too. We were very happy that a heater was provided. There is a washing machine too. We had great evening sitting altogether in the living room playing games. Really it's a great place to stay in Casablanca. The double bed is really comfy!

Maybe a shower could be little more clean, but everything was fine in the apartment.

Few more rolls of toilet paper would have been appreciated. More light in staircase.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and located in a great area with numerous facilities. It is very spacious, with large rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Ilyass was very nice, allowing us to leave our luggage in the apartment even after we checked out. The check-in process was smooth, and he provided all the necessary details via WhatsApp. I highly recommend this accommodation if you plan to visit Casablanca.

It’s a bit noisy outside, but not that disturbing

Communication and entry procedures to the apartment were good. Payment was requested in cash - no credit card. Apartment was spacious and very acceptable for the price. Good value; but don’t expect high end luxury. Only used one bedroom but the bed was very comfortable. Within walking to many restaurants, shops and grocery store. Older building on a busy street, but the apartment is well kept.

No fault of anyone but very noisy at night. Interior apartment stairwell needs to be cleaned.

Very easy check-in based on a lockbox, great communication with the hosts even though we did not meet in person. The apartment is big and has everything needed, even including a foosball table that the kid loved.

It's really bigger than I thought.

It's not well cleaned. The table and coffee table were covered with dirty traces. I spent about one and half hour to figure out the real address, and the Google map gave me the wrong address. I got the message from the owner after one hour of searching and finally found it. The apartment is too big and too cold, there are no any warming facilities. The small toilet was leaking. My son almost fell over the wet floor. The guy who gave me the real address had failed to inform me about the parking information. My car was locked by a guy who managed the parking. I thought it was a police officer did it. I was shocked and scared. Although it was solved soon with 30 DM out of my pocket, I felt very bad. The last but most important thing to remember is that the owner takes only cash or money transfer!!!! They don't accept credit cards or payments by booking system. It was a really embarrassing experience. normally, we pay hotels by booking system or making payments right away when we check in. The day when we arrived, there was nobody received us at the apartment. Nobody tried to contact me about the payment issue afterward. I left the apartment the third morning. On my way going to Marrakech, i started to receive lots of messages saying about payments and trying to imply me as not willing to pay even though i promised to pay when I figured out why and how. I was very angry. They chased me all the way even when I arrived in the desert. They reported that to booking. Later, before we went to the airport, I offered to make payment by card before I left the country. They replied that they didn't have any pos machine to receive cards 🙄 😒 . Today, I finally made international money transfers in canada. It's finally settled. Generally, I like morocco, but the experience with this apartment gave me a really bad beginning.
