Location, small but organized

Narrow 2 floor stairs to arrive to the apt and with heavy bags after a surgery it was a bad surprise and difficult . No ravvoma def for disability or old people . Tv was not working and no towels at my arrival . The guest was nice to bring me after 49 minutes. Tv was not fixed and poor cleaning of the windows and shaders very old .
