Advertised sofa beds but actually it’s not. Requested stay for 10 adults and 2 kids, necessities provided not given enough. Owner prepared 6 towels and 1-2 comforters only, extra towels/comforters not allowed to use. When we use the extra that has in the house, owner charge us RM50. It’s unfair cause of owner lack of interest to check on remark i have put through the booking, I specifically put 10 adults, 2 kids. Owner insisted charge RM50 nor apologised for unfairly charging us.
