"Séjour la Spezia"

Appartement très propre et bien équipé, fidèle aux photos, très soigné et refait avec goût. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir utiliser la climatisation en pleine canicule pour rafraîchir la pièce en arrivant. Appartement à 10-15 mns de marche du centre ville.

Le lit métallique qui grince à chaque respiration n'est pas agréable... Pas de wifi, ce qui est dommage quand on s'y attend et que les données mobiles à l' étranger sont plus limitées. Pas d'accès direct à la route ce qui est à préciser pour quiconque serait à mobilité réduite (65 marches à monter pour accéder à l'immeuble puis deux étages sans ascenseur) La proximité de la voie ferrée n'a pas été vraiment dérangeante malgré les fenêtres ouvertes pendant la nuit.

Idealement positionné à La Spezia pour pouvoir profiter de la ville et également rayonner dans la région (à 5 min à pied de la gare, à 3 minutes à pied des bus L et S) - idéal quand on n’a pas envie de s’embarrasser d’une voiture mais qu’on veut pouvoir se déplacer facilement

"no one answered our phone calls. I couldn't find anyone to contact."

Unfortunately, I couldn't get in. Although we made a reservation and went, no one answered our phone calls. I couldn't find anyone to contact. My guests were away with their 2 children. Unfortunately, as they did not cancel the reservation, I was able to get my money after about 1 month. I have never had any problems with Booking.com before, but this is the first time I have encountered such a situation.
