"Good and secure but expect water shortages and power failures"

Good location and secure area with 24h security. Magnificent view of the lake. Cleaning lady to keep it clean. Responsive homeowners.

The neighborhood is notorious for frequent water shortages and power failures. The property manages power cuts more or less well with an anti-shedding kit but we ran out of battery 3 times over 3 weeks. Water is more problematic and although a ~200-liter backup tanker is available, we ran out of water almost every day. It takes 2 laundry cycles and a normale every day water use for two people to deplete the water backup tanker. Hopefully the owners were reactive to sent us water to fill the water tanker when needed.
