Crossroads Hotel Blantyre

We were given a dirty room, (the bathtub was so dirty we couldn't use it at all, there was no toilet paper roll, no wash cloth nor toothbrushes and toothpaste. I approached the cleaning lady who said she would talk to the boss and she never came back although she gave me toilet paper( thank you) When we went to have breakfast in the morning the staff kept following asking what room number were we from, i wonder if other people not booked into the hotel come for free food 🙄; no sense of privacy at all. The wifi worked for only one person although we were two and it was so wacky. I paid in cash and the lady at the reception didnt bother to give me my change. I thought its common courtesy to do so but i was wrong. They said the restaurant runs 24hours on the booklet available in the room but when we went there at 10:00pm it was already closed.we tried calling the restaurant too and they said they had closed too.

Good location

The toilet and bathroom floor smelled bad.Smelled of urine.Was worried about hygiene.
