Não podemos deixar o carro na garagem do prédio pois havia obras na entrada ! Mas foi resolvido prontamente pelo dono nos dando uma outra opção de garagem !

Stunning property with amazing views and a large balcony. Newly and well decorated, great facilities.

We were not informed of the construction work at the front of the property until the day before arrival upon request of car park use. We did not request parking earlier as it says reservation is not required but I wanted to be sure as it was a priority for our stay. The underground car park is completely inaccessible. The host was great and offered alternative parking nearby. Our water supply was knocked off for an entire day. The workers do not speak English and there are no staff in the accomodation so we had to wait for a response from the host to find out what was happening. The host offered apologises and it was understandably out of their control, but we paid a large amount of money for a luxury stay which did not feel luxurious due to these problems. We were not offered any money back unlike other guests. There is not a permanent air con, only one standing unit however the apartment was always a comfortable temperature as the balcony does not receive sun so air con wasn’t necessary.

Sehr schönes Appartment in einem Appartmenthaus nur 50 Meter vom Zugang zum Strand Praia De Dona Ana. Grosse Glasfront im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit toller Sicht auf Strand, Felsen und Meer, davor ein grosser Balkon. Alle Zimmer recht gross und geschmackvoll in gehobenem Standard eingerichtet. 2. Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bad. Küche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und alles, was man braucht. Fahrstuhl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Leider keine Klimaanlage wie beschrieben sondern nur 1 mobiles Klimagerät. Aufgrund der Bauweise des Hauses (weit herausragende Balkone) trotzdem angenehm kühl im Haus (Anfang Juni). Leider war die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage wegen Bauarbeiten blockiert, so dass wir die Garage nicht nutzen konnten. Der Vermieter hat uns jedoch einen Ersatzparkplatz besorgt und uns einen grosszügigen Preisnachlass gewährt.
