Can't really say. I received a message that the room had a plumbing problem at the last minute so I had to scramble to find another place, which fortunately worked out without any serious effort. I guess they didn't have any unbooked rooms available.

"Unique property with an interesting room, centrally located, with an excellent host"

Unique property: room on top floor, amidst the rafters, showed the character of the old building. Overall my visit was low hassle, high convenience. The host was gracious and helpful, esp given I came in by bicycle. Allowed me to store the bike in the building.

Note on electricity: The room had only a single Schuko outlet; the rest are the Italian style Type L, so be prepared.

La posizione a 1km dalla stazione ferroviaria e a 1km da Piazza del Campo da fare comodamente a piedi

Locali trascurati e poco puliti, presenza di formiche sia in bagno che in cucina. Nessuna accoglienza da parte dei proprietari e nessuna risposta ad un e-mail mandata 10 giorni prima. Ricevuto istruzioni via whatsapp per accedere alla struttura con video che poco rappresenta lo stato attuale dell’alloggio.
