Residence Limoneto Ischia

Exceeded our expectations, lovely apartment - peaceful clean and spacious with a kitchen area and patio so we could cook and eat outside if we wanted. Beautiful setting surrounded by gardens, close to bus route so able to get around and explore the island easily without a car. Walking distance to beautiful sandy beaches and the largest thermal spa (Poseidon - highly recommend) and very helpful and friendly host

There was a lot of noise from a young child in the building behind where I stayed.

Great, welcoming host who communicated clearly and promptly with us throughout our stay. Lovely property overlooking a garden and the sea with magnificent sunsets. Also very helpful that they offered to pick us up / drop us off at the ferry. Overall a super experience!

The only thing I can think of is that it's a little bit of a climb to get there. However if you're renting a car and/or don't have mobility issues you'll be fine. It's not that far.

The good location in Forio, close to beaches, bus stop very close, beautiful garden around the apartment. The owners are very kind people.

The apartment was clean but very small for 4 people, fine for only 2. The gardens which the apartment is set in are also nice and you get a good view of the sunset from the sunbathing area. The buses do stop along the main road that the apartments are near, which is handy - I'd recommend getting the bus to San Angelo (combine with trip up Mount Epomeo as the bus goes to San Angelo first) and Porto - and going to the Castle.

This is located off a very busy main road which isn't pleasant to walk down - part of it there is no pavement. Not great with 2 young children. It is a 20 minute walk to Forio (parts of which aren't very nice). On our last day though we discovered a back route to get to Forio which was a lot more pleasant - also avoiding the barking dogs that were behind one of the gates on the main road, which scared my children immensely. The beach at Forio is okay but very busy at weekends. The Ravino gardens are nice (but expensive for what you get). The main gardens at Mortella are a bus ride away.

Apartment is very close to the bus station so it's linked to everything restaurant, beaches. It has beautiful views and very chilled atmosphere. Has everything you may need if you want to prepare something to eat (if not just aak the owner) and it is very clean. We loved our stay! Grazie mille
