"Building needs to be renovated asap."

The representative was helpful during my stay.

My stay did not meet expectations. The condition of the building was concerning, and it felt unsafe and unsettling. (See photos) I believe some regulations should be applied to ensure that the property isn't rented out until the building is in better condition. Additionally, the window faced an internal area, making it difficult to open for privacy reasons.

"Great location, easy communication with the owner but located in a terrible house"

The presentation online suggests an apartment building. It is a nice, clean flat unfortunately located in a badly run down building. No lift to the second floor in case you carry luggage. The window looks into the internal corridor, so not a chance to open your curtains.

The location is very convenient, located in the central area, close to many bars, restaurants, shops and transport. The bed is very big and comfortable
