كل الشكر والتقدير لموظفي الأستقبال على حسن تعاملهم الراقي و المميز في التعامل مع العملاء

إلى إدارة الفندق / المطعم المحترمة، أود أن أعرب عن استيائي الشديد من تجربتي أثناء تناول وجبة الفطور، حيث لم أتمكن من الاستمتاع بها بالشكل المريح والمناسب بسبب قيام بعض النزيلات والنزلاء بالتدخين داخل المطعم. للأسف، لم يقم موظفو المطعم بتوضيح أو إرشادنا إلى وجود ركن مخصص للمدخنين وآخر لغير المدخنين، كما لاحظت أن ركن المدخنين يتمتع بإطلالة جميلة ومكان مريح، بينما ركن غير المدخنين كان مغلقًا وغير مهيأ، مما سبب لي إزعاجًا كبيرًا. أود الإشارة إلى أنني دفعت مقابل هذه الخدمة، تمامًا كغيري من النزلاء، ومن حقي التمتع بوجبة الفطور في أجواء صحية وهادئة وخالية من التدخين. كان من الأجدر حصر المدخنين في مكان مغلق ومخصص، أو منع التدخين تمامًا خلال وقت الفطور، أو على الأقل تنظيم الأمر بشكل واضح يراعي راحة جميع الضيوف. آمل منكم أخذ هذه الملاحظة بعين الاعتبار والعمل على تحسين التجربة مستقبلًا، لما لذلك من أثر كبير على رضا النزلاء وسمعة المكان. شاكرة ومقدّرة تفهمكم واهتمامكم. مع خالص التحية
