1.สระว่ายน้ำ มีวัยรุ่นเอารองเท้าแตะไปล้าง เลยไม่ได้ลงว่ายน้ำ 2.ทีวี ไม่ดี จอเก่า 3.ไฟแสงน้อยไปหน่อย 4.ไม่มีเก้าอี้นั่ง 5.ที่พักชั้นสาม เดินขึ้นบันได เพื่อนที่มาด้วยอีอายุ ก็ลำบากนิดหน่อย แต่ขั้นบันไดทำดี ก้าวง่าย
