The house gave you an old and welcoming vibe. You felt at home.

Everything was fine.

The inside was very clean and the bed was comfortable however there were not enough plug points so you had to chose to have the electric blanket on or the space heater or the lamp

The photos are very deceiving as to what it looks like outside. The gardens are not in the same condition as they are portrayed on the pictures. There is an old wire fence around the property that did not make us feel very safe. The outside of the property is very dilapidated compared to the inside. Once you’re inside it’s fine but we were very concerned when we arrived.

Loved the room. It was clean and cosy. Just perfect for what we needed. Excellent value for money.

Was beautifully furnished and clean. Lovely garden and communication with the hostess was excellent.

The only fault was there were no matches or lighter to light candles or the braai, but we were located next to a small shop, so were able to buy

We had a great stay! Valerie was very helpful and went out of her way for us - Booking.com hadn't sent the booking through to her, but she made every effort to make sure it was sorted out for us. The room was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The garden is beautiful and lovely to relax in. It's close enough to restaurants and the nature reserve.

Conveniently located in town within walking distance from everything.

No covered parking. An umbrella in the room would've helped when out during rainy season.
