Very clean place and bed was comfortable. Host was very responsive and approachable. There is a Nespreso maker for an Espresso and fruit available any time of the day.

As others have stated can hear the trains but they don't run during the night.

The host is very friendly and welcoming. He gives helpful information on what to do in the area. The room is comfortable and has all the commodities you need. I felt at home. I will come back!

We only stayed for one night but we had everything we needed, clean comfortable accommodation with tea, coffee, snacks and toiletries provided. A nice communal area with a kitchen for guests also outside seating. Good location. Very friendly host.

The train was nearby although it didn't seem to run at night so we slept fine.

The property was well equipped and a five minute walk to the navigation quay for the boats to the Borromeon Islands.

The only quibble is that it is a ten to fifteen minute walk to the centre of the town where the majority of the restaurants are situated.

A really comfortable stay and very friendly and helpful host.

Luca was very helpful and checkin was very smooth. Rented bikes for a few days and could park them in the yard over night.

The Breakfast, was as advertised, It met my expectation. Luca, the hosts level of Customer Service was better than I have experienced in many 5 star hotels. We were sorry to leave, perfect location for a relaxing break.

After initial discussions with the Host, we managed to overcome any dislikes before they were an issue.
