Quietness, peace of mind, friendly welcome and staff

The gravel road leading to the entrance is a bit not friendly for small cars on rainy days. It's difficult to go out.

Proximity to many activities, main town, amenities. But still far enough to give absolute peace Rivaldo who works at the lodge is very friendly, helpful and prompt. Excellent person with manners and professionalism Mornings watching hot air balloons ascending - the best!

No hot water on the first day. Reported it and Rivaldo and another gentleman fixed it within an hour of calling Road towards the lodge, and from gate to cottages is too rough

The place is very peaceful and clean. Our Host Mr Andrea was the best we got the best service ever he was very helpful and his a sweet gentleman. We definitely coming back next month we truly enjoyed our stay
