Very nice location with beautiful views

Maybe add a few blankets for the winter months. Our chalet was cold but a few extra blankets would have solved the issue. The shower may also need some work as it did not have sufficient hot water.

The bed is really comfortable

The quality of wifi signal rarely reach over the bottom of the park (where my tent was).

Very nice environment and park view. Many cute alpacas. Big room and very cost-effective. Friendly and helpful staffs.

The beds are not comfortable and clean as expected. No wifi signals. Too many insects.

The location was beautiful, very well kept and very peaceful. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful view over lake. Very private.

We struggled to connect with the WiFi

For our first "Clamping" experience, it was really great. Animals around, but not inside the tent !

The main lamp switch was not very practical, but that's a very small thing.
