Cleanliness, safety issue , doubtful hotel , not at all family friendly… random persons knocking the door middle of the night ( during my stay 4 times post 12 oclock)

They didn't allow checkin. The staff said that they had removed their listing from Booking.com but it was still visible on your website. It was a big problem for us as we were first timers in Lucknow and we couldn't checkin

No clarity with Booking .com. You guys are listing properties without taking any on ground feedback

"FAKE HOTEL.LOOKS LIKE SOME ILLEGAL BUILDING"

The hotel do NOT work with booking.com On arrival, hotel said they did not provide any rooms and also said they are sold out. We had to move to other hotel which was 3x of the shyam international rate. Could not contact booking.com as it was late and important was to get the other hotel rather than wasting time fighting and complaining.
