Location is away from the congestion of Tagaytay. Room had complete amenities, supplies. The coin-operated water dispenser was an interesting feature.

Facilities of the residential community were no longer as well maintained from when we were here last. Common areas were dim and are in need of a fresh coat of paint. The liquid solvent used to clean the room smelled of a very strong perfume scent that was bothersome.
