Very hard to find the location to collect keys, Google Maps told us we were there but obviously not. Perhaps advise the keys are at the tourist information center, that may work alot better. There was construction directly outside the front door. I understand beyond their control, hopefully they advised future visitors in advance offering a free cancellation. Started at 7am, 9am on Saturday, finished at 5pm. Apart from the noise the fumes were strong. We were offered a free tunnel tour, when you're a tall person, it's not something you would even pay for. Stayed in Europe before, had a major issue in the residence, we were given a 25% refund immediately without asking.
