Kúpeľná Oldtown apartment

A very large flat that has seen better days. Pros : *Good location, a small grocery store nearby. *Quiet spot, no loud neighbours *Has all the amenities you need in a flat : fridge, kitchen,stove, tv, bathroom,shower, bed, huge wardrobe, iron, dining table, couch etc. Cons: * Seemed like the flat was cleaned in a rush after the previous tenant. Cleaning products everywhere, fridge still had condiments leftover (ketchup, sauces etc). Random pieces of packaged food in drawers, empty saltshaker etc. Reminded me more of a student's flat after changing tenants. * Heating was not very efficient, hard to warm up the place quick with the central heating alone. Didn't see an AC for the summer either. * Window and door handles very wobbly, was genuinely concerned not to lock myself out on the balcony. * No handsoap anywhere, just an empty bottle near the bathroom sink. ---------- Overall not too bad for this price.

In the very center of the city. I easily found a parking space. Large and comfortable apartment.

Wasn't perfectly cleaned - e.g.someone's trash in the bin

Excellent location as attractions were nearby. Very spacious room and value for money.

Nice and spacy accommodation for up to 4, maybe 5 person group, near the center, practically in the olt town of Bratislava. Self and simple check in and check out, everything you want to visit is in a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Balcony not set up yet but the owner intends to.

It is a big apartment for 2-4 people. It has very good location, it is almost in the center of the city. It is on the first floor and there is an elevator.

We did not get coffee capsules and shower gel. The clean was not enough. There were personal things in the bathroom, and leftover food in the fridge.
