Mangawhai Heads apartment

Everything was absolutely perfect! Jan and Chris are incredibly welcoming, and the accommodation was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The location is ideal, and the rooms are spacious. It’s a very cute and cozy place—highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Apartment von Jan in den Mangawhai Heights. Der Empfang war unglaublich warm und herzlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Apartment selbst ist groß, absolut sauber und sehr praktisch aufgeteilt, mit einem beeindruckend riesigen Badezimmer. Das Frühstück mit dem selbst gebackenen Brot war köstlich. Jan hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir ihre Flexibilität und Hilfsbereitschaft: Wegen eines nahenden Zyklons und unserer späten Flugzeit konnten wir am Abreisetag unkompliziert etwas länger bleiben. Alles in allem ein echtes Wohlfühlpaket! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Absolutely exceptional from start to finish. We loved the spacious accommodation including a separate sitting room and outdoor area. The garden was beautiful. Breakfast items provided included home made bread and jams plus other lovely touches. Host very friendly and provided us with recommendations of local pubs, restaurants and places to see. Only sorry we were only staying one night!

Such a lovely, well thought out,nicely decorated, private apartment. Jan, our host, was lovely and helpful. An amazing breakfast provided. Bed and pillows very comfy. Lovely large shower and bath. A nice little outside area to sit in sun or shade and set in beautiful gardens. Easy drive to beach etc

The owner was there to give us the keys and show us around the amenities .the private apartment was a big 2 bedroom. Lovely bathroom with nice creams and shampoos. There was homemade fresh bread in the kitchen, and homemade jams. There was an excellent assortment of teas, coffees, and cereal. There is a private patio and the garden is large. It was nice to be able to walk around the gardens. Quail walked by as we sat outside and we heard Tiu and Morepork. It was great.

There is only a convection microwave for cooking, but that wasn’t a problem for us
