Výborná lokalita v centre Starého Smokovca, reštaurácie v pešej blízkosti. Parkovanie bezproblémové. Apartmán je priestranný a dobre zariadený (aj vybavenie pre deti ako napr. wc redukcia, riad a príbor, hračky). Správca ubytovania poskytol všetky informácie (checkin/checkout, notifikácie, vystavenie potvrdenia k rekreačnému poukazu).
