Location was good. Central to Otara shoppin centre as well as Papatoetoe. Close to motor way. Wasnt busy and it was quiet which I liked. Lovely host.

Ofiice looks haunted, cld do with an upgrade. The place looks run down. First impression of the place wasnt good. Was going to move but we already paid. Booking.com didnt warn us about the $50 bond which I was not impressed about. No cooking utensils in the room where we stayed. Very minimal items in kitchen. Could do with flannels in the bathroom9. Police sirens - about 3 times a day. :(

Location was great, train station was very close, it' walking distance away. WE didn't have to use our vehicle to go where we wanted.
