Kensington Cozy Apartment

Apartment was absolutely full equipment ,a specially kitchen ,oven,microwave, cooker everything what you need ,balcony with a beautiful view, swimming pool, a really big shopping center with a huge supermarket where you can buy absolutely everything, 5 minutes by car from the apartment, beautiful large beach with street food only 10 minutes walk from the apartment,parking space in the garage with an elevator, very nice and helpful gentleman from the reception desk, absolutely boss

Clean and spacious apartment, wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. A/C in all rooms. Quiet pool area and the pool was cleaned every day. TV with netflix. Possible to do laundry in the apt. Easy to get in contact with the host. Parking space included. REALLY good value for money.

It was a bit of a walk to get to the beach or the city centre. Especially since the walk back home is up a steep hill. Not a big problem if you’re only adults but we stayed with our 5 year old and it was too hot outside for him to walk back and forth. Luckily we had already planned to rent a car and with that the location became perfect. You escape the noise in the city centre and get the wonderful view from up the hill. It was very convenient to drive to the mall and pick up groceries. As a swede I always wish for a bit more cosy lighting and not just a choice between strong cold flourescent ligths or complete darkness.

Großes Apartment, Ausstattung was man braucht, auch Backofen, Kaffemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher vorhanden. Anlage und der Pool sehr schön. Absolut freundliches Security Personal, Parkplatz unter dem Gebäude und im Schatten,

Die Betten...zu schmal und die Matratzen kleiner als das Bettgestell, nicht gut geschlafen in den 16 Tagen. Die Sauberkeit war nicht so toll...der Kühlschrank und die Schränke müssten mal von innen und außen richtig gründlich gereinigt werden. Das eine Badezimmer stinkt extrem aus dem Abfluss, so dass wir in das andere Schlaf-/Badezimmer gezogen sind.

Basically, the apartment and the price are very good - the problem was water restrictions, which we were warned about by the host of the apartment, but after the free cancellation period ended

Basically, water restriction to the whole complex, including the apartment, from 6:30 - 9:30 AM and 18:30 to 21:30 Meaning basically, you come back from your evening tourist dealings, and there is no water even to go and do a basic shower or toilet, which I think is crazy in 2025 for a complex of apartments like a hotel type. If not a water problem, I would put way higher scores, but this impacted us crazily cause we always needed to watch hours and plan accordingly to not miss water timings
