Rooms were lovely with a nice leafy outlook. Amazing value for money. Nice breakfast and very helpful host. They were able to arrange us transport to the elephant transit home and to hiriketya for a very reasonable price with lovely drivers that went above and beyond.

C’était de loin le meilleur logement que nous ayons fait au Sri Lanka. Le cottage est extrêmement propre, confortable et agréable. L’hôte est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours aux petits soins et très accueillant. Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment comme chez nous.

Rien du tout, tout était parfait.

Schitterend huis voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. Je zit behoorlijk in de natuur met gigantische veel palmbomen om je heen. Sandeep is erg behulpzaam. Je kan hem alles vragen.

We stayed 3 nights at Rustic Cottages Udawalawa and had the best time. The room had an amazing view and the property as well as the garden were very well maintained. Sandeep was always very helpful and attentive and arranged a private safari and other activities for us, which we enjoyed a lot. We highly recommend staying at Rustic Cottages and would love to come again!

Beautiful setting in a quiet side street. We were greeted by a wonderful host who made us feel very comfortable. Only two rooms on a palm tree studded property, that made the ambience so nice. The rooms are modern air conditioned 'A' frames with beautiful glass frontage to take advantage of the greenery. We went on a 4 hour safari from 6AM, and when we returned at 10AM, our host had prepared a beautiful Sri Lankan breakfast including fruits, juices, tea & coffee. This was a great way to finish our morning safari. Best of all - it is amazing value for money. If value for money is important, this place is unbeatable.

Diese Unterkunft war wahrscheinlich unsere liebste in ganz Sri Lanka! Von der ruhigen Lage über den ausgesprochen hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Gastgeber, die schöne Anlage und das wirklich gute Frühstück! An dieser Unterkunft haben wir alles geliebt!
