A szállás címe nem egyezett azzal ami az oldalon meg volt adva. Én a cím alapján foglalom a szobát, mert tudom, hogy hova akarok menni, és, hogy ahhoz a helyszínhez közel legyen. Ez ebben az esetben nem volt már így közel, de az volt a nagyobb baj, hogy ez konkrétan 1 órával azelőtt derült ki, hogy elfoglaltam volna a szobát. Ez így nem volt oké, csalódás volt a szoba is, nem tükrözte a képeken látottakat.

Except for the part that it’s a shared apartment and that the walls were too thin, there was a bigger problem. We were a big group and we had rented three rooms in the property, each group of people were arriving at different times. I was in the first group and the arrival was fine, except that they haven’t prepared sheets and towels on the third bed/couch. When the time came for my other group of friends to join us, the owner sent them a message in which he’s saying that he’s sorry but their reservation is cancelled due to technical problems. They had to find a new place to stay in less than 12 hours. He didn’t provide help with finding a new apartment for them(as he’s obligated to do) and didn’t give a reason why that happened. We suspect that he overbooked the place by mistake, but not giving us notice at least a week before cancelling was not the right thing to do, since we had it booked for a month before the arrival. Or he was just trying to scam and keep some money from the partial refund. Wouldn’t recommend to stay there

Unfortunately, my experience at this facility was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the noise — other guests were extremely loud throughout the night and showed no respect for quiet hours or other people staying there. It was very difficult to rest or sleep properly. The facility also did not seem to manage the situation or enforce any rules regarding noise levels. Overall, the stay was stressful and uncomfortable, and I would not recommend it if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay.

Дуже огидні, неохайні номери! Скрізь, на підлозі   було волосся і було дуже брудно. Ми замовляли заселення в два тримісних номери, проте нас заселили в один умовно чотирьох місний номери і один двомісний номер. Столові прилади були забруднені. Господарі шахраї, в умовах не було прописано, що будуть заселені ще люди. В туалетах смерділо.  Дуже не радимо цю діру! Very disgusting, untidy rooms! There was hair everywhere on the floor and it was very dirty. We booked two triple rooms, but we were accommodated in one four-bed room and one double room. The cutlery was dirty. The owners are scammers, it was not stated in the conditions that more people would be accommodated. The toilets stank. We highly do not recommend this place!
