Lavish Seafront Apartment

The apartment is beautiful, very spacious, clean and good location. We really enjoyed our stay. There was a problem with the TV and the host rectified it very fast. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The immediate area has lots of places to eat or get a coffee, local supermarket, places to swim etc, and it felt very safe. There are bus stops a short stroll away, we went on a few organised tour buses and also just hopped on the local buses into Valletta which is a fantastic way to spend the day. St Julian's Bay is a nice walk too. Lovely cocktail bars and restaurants nearby. I would return and recommend.

A few minor maintenance issues

The apartment is in a great location right opposite the beach. It was beautifully furnished and we loved listening to the waves on the balcony.

Improvements that could be made are to have a basics welcome pack that includes coffee pods, water and washing liquid as some examples. Both shower recesses require some maintenance. Both these are suggestions and did not greatly detract from a beautiful stay.

Great position for visiting Sliema, beautiful sea view and easy access to bars and restaurants and the ferry port to Valletta and day trips. Management were quick to respond when we had a couple of issues on arrival

Perhaps it was because we were at the end of the season but the apartment, especially the bathrooms could do with some maintenance- broken toilet seats and shower screen bracket broken, towel rails and toilet roll holders loose and the shower sealant was covered in heavy black mold. These did not distract from our great stay but they would be easy to fix and improve the facilities.

Some of the Pillows were uncomfortable. More rubbish bags and details of how to dispose of rubbish would be useful. Salt and pepper would have been good. On the whole very happy with apartment though.
