"Exceptional"

Very happy to have found this place. Well furnished and equipped. Washing machine with detergent provided. Good for long stay. Very thoughtful of the host The place is clean and comfortable, with a convenient carpark. Highly recommended.

I liked everything about the property. From outside it may look like a low cost apartment, but the house was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

"Great homestay and great hosts, what's more to wish for?"

The apartment is great, facilities are great. Even though there was a small problem with an appliance, the problem was solved within a few hours. The host is very responsive, all our questions are answered within the hour. Would certainly recommend this homestay, and will certainly come back.

The unit of 3 bedrooms with 2 bathroom, have spacious sitting room cum dining area and very clean. Excellent sea view from the sitting room and fairly windy when windows are opened. Amenities in the unit were complete with microwave, fridge, washing machine , hair dryer, electric kettle etc....Kitchen well furnished with crockery and utensils . Didnt get to use as we ate out for all our meals. Location was good . Easy access to many parts in Georgetown. Definitely value for money. The building of 60plus units of apartments , a bit aged but common areas were kept clean , and have ample parking . Wifi was available and connect easily. Only downside were the lifts , which appear to be old , and lights on the lift buttons were not all functioning. Only 1 lift unit was working. The 2nd lift was under repair. Would book this unit for next trip to Penang.

The lifts could undergo some refurnishment and the 2 lifts should be kept in working order. The building could do with a new coat of painting.

"Exceptional & Pleasant Stay"

Spacious 3 bedrooms apartment with good in house facilities. Easy check in and friendly host. The apartment is well kept and clean. Near to Gurney Drive, Tanjung Bunga, town and other attractions. Parking lot being reserved. The host provide us with a selection of coffee and tea with variety of buns as complimentary. Definitely we will book again. 😍

Nothing to dislike.
