diciamo che appena arrivi non e' un bel vedere ma poi entri nel tuo appartamento e non si pensa piu a nulla

Once i was able to contact the owner everything went on smoothly.

I was not informed ahead of time either by Booking.com or by the owner how to get the keys to get into the apartment. I was expecting that there would be an office at the property where I will get the keys so I did not bother to charge my mobile when I had the chance to do so. When we reached at the location my mobile battery had depleted because of which I had real tough time contacting the property owner to find out how to get the keys of the apartment. I learned how important it is to carry a battery bank when one is travelling.
