KIRÁLY DOWNTOWN APARTMENT

Fantastic location - busy street but you wouldn’t know once in the apartment. Modern decor and everything we needed for 3 nights. Our contact, Andras, was so helpful and lovely. We were so pleased with our stay and would definitely return and recommend.

The stairs to the apartment are quite narrow - not ideal when carrying luggage up them.

the location is SO GOOD!!! it's right near the opera which is the center of tourism. you can pretty much go anywhere super easily. there are lively restaurants, markets, bars, arcade, everything I can enjoy at night nearby. Even an Asian market!! The apartment is spacy, feels nice, and we got a lot of supplies. the interior felts very modern and clean.

the building is so old and only the "interior" of the apartment is super clean and nice. the common area is kinda scary.... also the bed/couch aren't comfortable. the parking in general are expensive. we paid 25euros per day at the near garage.

Lovely renovated apartment, clean with comfortable beds and it has everything you need. Great location, very central, it is walking distance to lots of places, restaurants and shops which makes it easier to admire and enjoy this beautiful city of Budapest! The host was very helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this place to stay when visiting Budapest.

Amazing appartment, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a couch. Really close to everything, you can walk to most places from here. The appartment was clean and fresh, very cosy. Also the owner is super nice and kind, helped us with everything. Would love to return here!

Easy to find and access everything - great communication with host and all instructions were super clear. The apartment was beautiful and modern with all comforts included. Great location too with everything at hand. Metro was short distance away although you could also walk to historic landmarks such as the chain bridge within 20 minutes

Magnificent apartment fit out with modern styling and fixtures. Two well appointed bathrooms. Location perfect. Quiet courtyard setting.

As others have commented on already, ignore the external facade of the building, this apartment is highly recommended. Note that there is no elevator but it’s on the first floor so only one set of stairs to negotiate.

The property is very modern, newly renovated, you can smell it when you enter the apartment. The location is fantastic for 5 of us. The metro and train in 5 min walking distance. The rooms are really clean, which was appreciated a lot. The neighborhood is quiet at night although we were in the very city center. If we come to Budapest again, I will surely contact this host.

Can't think anything. My daughter said she would like to have apartment like that. I recommend it completely.
