Hotel surroundings are very bad. Very cramped place. Immediately after check in they are asking money for room rental. Once amount received they are bothered about guest. Even after insisting they have not given the bill. On check out day i.e.14.12.23 they informed me bill will be forwarded on my mail. Till date I have not received my bill even after followup. Very bad people

Location service and staff behaviour

Overpriced, very congested stairs without lift, extremely small bathroom without any ventilation in room no. 313 which was sold as family room. Mattress were kept on folding wooden cot which produced squeaking sound while changing sides during sleep.

No drawer to put wallet and other things no big table no chair was available room was not spacious

staff was helpful. hotel was very clean.

Nice hotel in the very center, with a beautiful view of the Ganges. the rooms are small but clean. The staff is very responsive and ready to help with everything.

As a solo traveller. it was a best place for me to stay in. It was safe and there is no noise around the room The staff was also very good

Everything was good at this hotel.. as a solo traveller, it was right choice for me, the location of the hotel is very near to major attractions of varanasi. Also amazing staff is worth mentioning, who are very friendly and makes customers feel welcome.
