First of all we were never given a room as the property people contacted us and told all rooms were booked and hence we had to search for alternatives the last moment

They informed us that the rooms were sold out, yet I saw that was available in booking.com at a higher price

1-Location- The hotel's location is undoubtedly its strongest point. It is situated in a prime area with easy access to the Kashi Temple and the ghats, making it a perfect choice for those visiting Varanasi for religious or cultural purposes. 2- The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests or provide recommendations.

No Elevator- A downside, especially for elderly guests or those with mobility issues, is the lack of an elevator. Climbing stairs to reach the rooms can be quite challenging and inconvenient. Room Size- Unfortunately, the room was quite small. It was so cramped that there was barely any space to move around. There wasn’t enough room even to change the bed sheets properly, and once placed the coat, it felt like there was no space left. If you're staying for just a night , this might be manageable, but for longer stays, it could be uncomfortable. The room has a tiny window, so there is hardly any air circulation. You will feel like you are in a -Confined space.

The room is neat and clean. Property Management is soo kind and good.

Neat and clean rooms all Toiletries provided, Near Ghats , temples and other Sites. The host is Excellent very informative. superb helpful and will always walk an extra mile for you . I stayed during the Rush hour of Kumb mela.
