The location of the apartment is great.

There were a few things broken in the apartment (a broken freezer door, the main lamp in the bedroom, a leaking shower). The worst thing was that the owner stopped answering my messages after 2 previous ones. What's more during our stay, the hotel cards were blocked and we couldn't get in the apartment because the rent wasn't paid on time by the owner (the hotel said it wasn't the first time). The hotel exceptionally unblocked the cards, but the owner still didn't answer any messages.
