the staff at the reception was the most humble and friendly person i met during my stay, thou amenities at the hostel were quite good but still it needs some care and renovation now.

hmm it was dirty when i entered the dorm on complaining it was said that it will be clean but when i came in the evening it was same as i left.

We didn't eat breakfast at the Hostel

1. Overflowing drains in front of the hostel

Location

The chef and his team. They were super supportive and their hospitality were best. The chef also cooked such delicious meals for us. He also helped us in other matters of hostel. The view from my room and the terrace was so good. Worth staying for the view of nahargarh and amber fort. Also it's near to almost every tourist place. Hawa mahal is just walking distance.

My first 20 minutes were the worst with the stay and I made up my mind I will come at the stay only to sleep as I already paid 12k for 3 night. If I wasn't with my mother I would have changed the stay that time only irrespective of the payment I have already made. The person who was at reception at that time regretted me booking this stay. I was so scared to even ask for the gyser and towels from him as till that time we didn't learn we have cook team as well who can help us in things, then next day I met the chef of the hostel and he literally helped us so many times and I and my mother then ate all our meals at hostels just because of his and his brother's hospitality. Also, I didn't understand the meaning of the cloth hanger in the rooom when people with 5.3 height can't reach there to hang there clothes. These small things were making me so frustrated then as I said I met other staff which influenced me to ignore those things. But that first guy from reception was really rude and had no idea of trips and tours or any information. My choice of hostel was because in every other hostel I havr always got all kind of arrangements at the front desk itself but that time he didnt help in anything. First he wasnt there at reception and didnt pick up phone even after I called so many times. He came by chance down and saw us. Then when I asked for few things he behaved rudely and also taunted for one thing. And then the real owner came back at the hostel and took the front desk in his hands and things went smoother. And he was really sweet like I have always seen in all the other hostels I have been to, sweetest and polite. I would definitely visit this stay if some angel willl come and tell me I will not meet that guy over there Haha...

Ubicacion centrica. La habitación es espaciosa, sin embargo, tambien le falta cuidado. Estaba fria, asi que nos dieron un calentador que sirvio mucho.

Mas sucio y deteriorado de lo que esperaba. Sobretodo en la zona del restaurante, bastante sucio (utilizaban un trapo para limpiar los platos y con el mismo las mesas, sus manos, etc). Le falta cuidado. Tardaban mucho en entregar la comida. A La habitacion tambien le faltaba cuidado, las sabanas manchadas y antiguas.

The staffs in reception and kitchen was really helpful for everything. The room is good, bed is nice and clean.

I think they can do better with the cleanliness, for example the floor in the 5th floor.

The location is quite good, loved the rooftop, lots of seating option in the common area. The cafe serves really good food for reasonable prices. Beds were comfy and the dorms in general good organized. But the staff were the best, helped me with a lot of stuff and would always be open for a chat. Would definitely recommend staying there.

The rooftop area could have been a bit cleaner tho
