Que no tenía centro de lavado ni persona encargada que nos orientera en base a mantenimiento área de regadera tapada

Bonita vista, bonito lugar

Caro para el mal servicio, sucio, debajo de las camas basura, de los sofas muy muy sucio, tenia ongos los baños, no tenia sábanas completas ni almohadas ni papel de baño, muy mal capasitado el personal, tratan como si te estan haciendo el favor de hospedarte en la propiedad, muy mal servicio.

BUENA UBICACION. DEPARTAMENTO LIMPIO, AIRE ACONDICIONADO ACEPTABLE, REFRIGERADOR MUY ACEPTABLE, VISTA AL MAR ACEPTABLE. SALA COMEDOR MUY ACEPTABLE.

EL REGISTRO DE LA LLEGADA NO ES EL MEJOR, ESPERABA NOS RECIBIERA EL ANFITRION, SUBIMOS Y TUVIMOS QUE BAJAR POR LA LLAVE PORQUE NO NOS LA ENTREGARON AL REGISTRARNOS, NO NOS PUDIERON SOLUCIONAR EL WIFI (NO HAY MODEM EN ESE DEPARTAMENTO 1302), EN LAS IMAGENES DE LA RESERVACION VIENEN FOTOS DE LAVANDERIA Y NO TIENE ESE DEPTO. AL MOMENTO DE LA SALIDA UN CAOS EN EL ELEVADOR, MAS DE MEDIA HORA ESPERANDO TURNO, ALGUNOS FAMILIARES TUVIERON QUE BAJAR POR LAS ESCALERAS (13 PISOS). EL ESTACIONAMIENTO MUY LIMITADO PARA CAMIONETAS.

The property is in a safe area and it is vacation rental so big enough for 2 people. The view is good with partial ocean view in the front and partial lagoon view in the back side. Other units in the same floor has full ocean view but no backside view of the lagoon so a nice compromise. It was on the 13 floor so high enough.

For those like us who expect hotel quality bedding, linens and towels, this is not the place. The property is definitely a full rental unit and it shows. Every cheap furniture, beddings and linens shows its age and neglect. We found sand in the bed from the bed polyester comforter. Don’t even ask me about the pillows. We ended up washing all the beddings & linens from outside laundry service to just feel better. This is definitely not a well serviced unit. The unit advertised in its listing on Booking.com having self washer in the unit with pictures which proved to be completely false. When I told the unit manager/owner about it, she just blew it off as saying it is just a vacation rental and people who come does not do laundry…. We were already on a month long journey so when booking the unit, washer in the property was a key issue when choosing this unit. We ended up finding a laundry service outside. The location is right in the middle of the long stretch of the long coastal beach called Malecon. Which we thought would be convenient for us but we ended up needing to taking the uber everywhere interesting to visit or to eat because everything was just too far to just walk. There is nothing interesting except the Aquarium or good restaurants near enough to walk. If we had to choose again, we would book closer to the centro historico or the further up in the golden zone. Overall, this unit could use some caring upkeep and updated linens and bedding.

A well-equipped apartment. Everything is new. Comfortable beds. A pool on the third floor with a nice view, shadow, and breeze. Good restaurants nearby.

It would be good to provide more shampoo, shower gel, soap, and toilet paper.

Cleanliness, location.

I liked everything about the condo, there are a few things I didn't like about the city. But I will definitely recommend Booking.com to my family and friends.
